Will my products melt during shipping?
Because our formulas are crafted with natural butters and oils, texture may soften during warmer months. This does not affect the quality or performance of the product.
Storage
How should I store my products?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Natural formulations are best kept at stable room temperatures.
What is the shelf life?
Our products are made with naturally derived ingredients and are best enjoyed within 6–12 months after opening.
Heat sensitivity
Why does my cream feel softer or firmer sometimes?
Botanical butters and oils naturally respond to temperature changes. Warmer temperatures may soften the texture, while cooler temperatures may firm it slightly. This is completely normal for natural formulations.
Can I refrigerate my products?
Yes — refrigeration can help maintain texture during hot summer months, though it is not required.

Is Botanical Glow Shield a sunscreen?
No. Botanical Glow Shield is not a certified sunscreen and does not make SPF claims. It is intended as cosmetic skincare only.
Does your collection protect against sunburn or UV exposure?
No medical or drug-level claims are being made. Our products are designed to support nourished, comfortable-feeling skin during outdoor living and are best paired with mindful sun-safe practices such as shade and protective clothing.
